RETRACTABLE GLASS WALLS
Archello Frameless NanaWall
These floor-to-ceiling glass walls bring the outside in - sunlight, panoramic views, ocean breezes, and the sounds of crashing waves. When the system is closed the seals virtually disappear, so you enjoy uninterrupted coastline views. Magnetic blinds hung from the story above provide an additional layer of protection while enjoying open-air, oceanfront living. These glass walls have earned Energy Star certification. They also offer acoustical buffering and wind resistance. ClimaCLEAR utilizes transparent vertical weather seals between the panels that seal the wall against wind-driven rain, reducing air infiltration, and insects.

Solaxess Energy System
No visible solar panels -- the ENTIRE roof produces energy! The most efficient solar technology is deployed at Waters Edge. This solar film produces 11 watts per square foot compared to ~ 1.7 kWh per square foot produced by conventional solar panels. With 6.5 x greater efficiency, this solar film readily produces 80 kWh, that can easily handle a pool, dryer, and everything else you need. Per building code, a backup generator is available. In addition to energy production this photovoltaic system can lower the temperature of the building significantly, reducing the need for climate control.

Zahner Ceilings
Soft, diffused LED light streaming through a variegated ceiling system provides the perfect lighting and ambiance for your Waters Edge residence. Who knew the metal used to make your condo’s ceilings could be beautifully crafted from recycled washing machines and beer cans? These smooth stainless steels are naturally reflective and hypoallergenic, with low oxidation and are rust-resistant, making them part of a beautiful lighting system!

CABINETS
European Cabinets, Aran Cucine
We selected Aran Cucine for its sleek modern design and easy functionality. These kitchen cabinets are manufactured using technologically advanced and environmentally friendly processes, as well as recycled, ethical materials. Most of the wood used to build Aran Cucine’s striking cabinets is purchased from companies certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, and 90% of the waste generated in the manufacturing process is recycled. Most reclaimed lumber comes from beams and decking rescued from old barns, factories, and warehouses.

Terrazzo flooring
Gorgeous custom floors using recycled glass! Terrazzo is a flooring material traditionally made by exposing marble chips on the surface of concrete and then polishing until smooth. It’s one of the most durable flooring materials available, and once sealed, it is impervious to water and stain damage. Easy to clean!

Copper's superior thermal and electrical conductivity, combined with its 100% recyclability make it a truly green material for building in a sustainable world. Copper is found naturally in all waters, sediments, and soils and is not carcinogenic, mutagenic or a reproductive toxicant.
